Carib Princess 1/24 - where to find fresh spices?

Any thoughts on where I might buy (or pick) fresh nutmeg, vanilla beans etc etc at the following ports: St. Thomas, Tortola, St. Lucia, Barbados, Antigua? I promised my friends I'd bring some back and here it is Friday night and I haven't researched it yet. TIA
