Summit 4/30 Cruise Port Times

I'm getting conflicting answers on what time the ship is actually in ports. I've tried to schedule a Eagle Ray Divers snorkle tour in Cozumel. The tour starts at 10 a.m. Cozumel time. I called Celebrity and was told ship arrives 10 a.m.localCozumel time which means we can't be at tour by 10. Eagle Ray e-mailed me and told me other people from Summit have booked and were told by Celebrity that ship arrives 9 a.m. Cozumel time which would be ok. Same problem with Roatan (2 hour difference from Eastern daylight time). Need a straight answer from someone who knows when the ship REALLY arrives.

no need to reply. I got my answer on the Cruise Connection Board from other people on the same cruise.

Please post the answer. I'm on this cruise as well and also received conflicting information.
