Grand country /western theme night

Please advise if there is a country western theme night during the cruise on the Grand. If so, will there be a country band or DJ playing music to dance to? We love to two-step and waltz and wonder if it is worth packing the boots and jeans.... Thanks for your help! :)

Janica, I did not notice one. The only theme night is Island night. Country music was played at various times in various locations on the ship including on Muts in the afternoon. Also held quite a few line dancing classes if that helps.

They had a country and western night on the last night of the cruise. Makes sense since you are arriving back in Galveston the next day. It was held in the the Exploreres lounge and the Band Barnacles played as they will be for the next two months. They then leave the ship and go on a Eastern Caribean route after a break.This was over New Years.
