Carnival Dream vs RCCL Freedom Class

Hello

 

Is Carnival Dream as fun as RCCL Freedom Class ? I want to book a cruise next April and was wondering if we should go for Carnival Dream ? We sailed aboard the Liberty of the seas with our son and daughter and friends last year and loved it (especially the children). This time it only be me, my husband and 12 year old daughter. Will she have fun onboard even thought she's alone ? Also how is the food on Carnival ??? We found it was just ok aboard the Liberty.
