Dreams Resort Tulum/Playa del Carmen

We are going on a cruise in May and wanted a resort that offers day passes. The Dreams Resort do offer day passes and I wanted to know if anyone has been there and how they liked the resort?

My only concern is that it about 30mins taxis drive from the port Calica to the resort, sometimes we are not so sure about taking a taxis in Mexico. Any comments on the Taxi is it safe? How much did a Taxi ride cost?

 

We just did the Dreams Resort in Puerto Vallarta and just loved it.

I cannot help you with Dreams info. I have docked here 3x and I feel the taxis are safe. It is a 4 lane highway to Dreams. There are plenty of taxis at the dock as well as around town. If you are happy with your driver who gets you there ask him to pick you up at a certain time. The first taxis you come to at the dock are day hires/tours, continue past Executive car rental will be the regular taxis. This area of Mexico is very Americanized so it is safe. I would guess $30-40 taxi each way.
