IOS Cabin 2568

Recommended Posts

We've stayed in this cabin and it beat the location of the others in it's grade. The surroundings were quiet, no motion was felt atall. We have stayed in a family ocean view cabin at the front of the ship but very much preferred the deck 2 option, less movement on deck 2 and the cabin walls weren't curved with the shape of the ship enhancing the feeling of more space. Hope this helps.

The lower the deck, the less motion you'll feel. This is due to the weight of the ship resting on the lower decks. We had a cabin on deck 2 and felt no motion, however, we had a cabin on deck 6 and 7 and did feel some rocking.

One time, my GF felt sea-sick and we went to deck 2, walked around and poof, the sea-sickness dissapeared!

The only CON of having a lower deck is going up to the Lido, Promenade decks, etc.... but heck, we have not only elevators, but also stairs!;) Enjoy!
