Caribbean Princess Pools

What types of pools are there? The Princess website says something about "ride the waves" or "swim against the current". What is that exactly and what are the names of those pools?

The "swim against the current" pool is the Lotus Spa pool. It has a feature you can turn for high pressure so one can swim against the current, that is the best I can describe it. There are 2 midships pools, Calypso and Neptune, one with Movies under the Stars and the other with a pool band........these pools are the busiest. The aft terrace pool is at the back of the ship, quiet and the best view on board.

 

Lotus Spa and the aft terrace pools are adults only. All pools are freshwater too.
