What is the gambling age on a Holland America ship on Alaskan itineraries?

Does it vary by cruiseline for Alaskan itineraries? I have read that it is 21 for Celebrity and Crystal.

The gambling age is upped on the Alaskan cruises for some reason. I'm just not sure if this applies to Holland America as well.

It is 21 y/o for all Alaskan Cruises because it goes by Alaska gambling age which is 21. However, I would definitely call the cruise lines to verify.

Are the casinos even open in Alaskan waters? I read on another (possibly outdated?) site that they can only open them in the international waters on the way to or from Vancouver. Is that no longer the case?
