Honeymoon Registry

My maid of honor is suggesting I participate in a honeymoon registry, since my Fiance and I already live together and already own most of what we need.

I had looked into them a while back, but it seems like outside companies handle these, and then profit by taking a cut of "your" money. I understand why they do this (they're a business), but I don't want to give away any of my money :)

So if someone wants to buy us some cruise enhancements, is there a direct way to do this? Do they call our travel agent? Or Royal Caribbean directly?

Also, on our wedding night, we were hoping to have dinner served to us on our balcony. I've heard this is very limited, and has to be arranged well in advance. Who do we ask to arrange this?

Thanks for your help!!!
