I'm one of those health food junkies,so I have a few questions about food served on the princess ship the Grand

1) do they have yogurt on the buffet?

2) do they have soy or almond milk for breakfast on the buffet?

3) what kind of dried cereal they have on the breakfast buffet?

I like raisin bran, bran flakes or shredded wheat

4) do they provide dried fruit like apriocots, mango's ect

The majority of the floor space in the Horizon Court (buffet) is dedicated to healthier foods. (they also have a great selection of less than healthy foods as everywhere)

In the morning, you can count on a pretty good selection of granola, rolled oats, other dried cereals and both dried and stewed fruits. They also have a selection of fresh fruits and smoked fish almost every day. I am not sure about the soy milk.

During the day, the cereal bar is replaced with a salad bar with a pretty complete selection of vegetables.

The dining rooms have the "Lotus Spa" menu which has healthier alternatives.

Enoy your cruise.

Like others have said there are a lot of healthy options in the Horizon Court. You just have to ask for the soy milk, I know the coffee bar can give you latte in soy milk.

- lots of fruit, including dried

- yoghurt (also International cafe had fruit and yoghurt parfait, also muselix)

- you can request egg white cooked in HC as well as in the dining room

- room service is good with all kinds of fruit and you can get dried cereal, including dry muselix.
