shopping in Playa del Carmen (reasonable and convenient to 5th Ave)

As a beach loving cruise ship passenger, I want to do my shopping after spending the day at a beach club.

 

What is open after 5pm that is convenient to 5th ave (walking distance or short cab ride) that is reasonably priced for t-shirts, ceramics, sombreros and other souvenir junk.

 

We are in port @ Calica until 10 pm.

 

Suggestions would be appreciated.
