Elegant Nights on Dream Eastern?

I've flipped through the search and can't seem to find an answer! Sorry if this is a horribly repeated question :)

 

Normally which nights the 'elegant' nights are is inconsequential to me - however I'm travelling with a friend who's birthday will occur the day we are in St. Martin and I wanted to book us into the Steakhouse. I wasn't sure if this was a formal night or not, as the food in the MDR is so great those nights it seems like it would be a waste to miss!

 

Does anyone know which nights are 'Cruise Elegant' on the Dream Eastern?

Sunday and Thursday Evening (both sea days)

It is Sunday and Thursday but Sunday is Nassau but the ship leaves early at 2 PM.
