Splendor room 2278?

I am thinking about booking an OV cabin on the Splendor and room 2278 seems to always pop up first. It looks like it is located under Guest Services. Is this a good thing or a bad thing? I am looking for a quiet OV room and would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!

Hi, I don't really know what your habits are.... but I have cruised 4 times on the Carnival Splendor.

 

I think the best cabins are near the AFT elevator because you will be going to dine for breakfast, lunch and dinner in restaurants and the buffet that are located in that area.

 

If you don't like to walk much I would book a cabin in that area.

 

It is always best to book a cabin that is between cabins. Try to book on deck 7 or deck 8 where you will be buffered from any type of noise.
