According to John Heald's blog, Chris Jefferson is the cruise director.

Right now it's Chris Jefferson, but if you're sailing in April John Heald will be CD in Chris' place while Chris is on vacation.

Chris is back on in May, but the posted schedule doesn't include August. I like Chris as well - we sailed with him on Valor two years ago.
