Are there stairs by Fantasy's Lido stage that take you down to Promenade deck?

Looking at the deck plan, and I can't remember, --- are there stairs on Fantasy- right next to the Lido stage that take you down to Promenade deck. On some pictures there is an enclosed oval structure next to the Stage on Lido. Curious about quick access to lower decks.

Yes, the stairs are enclosed in that oval you see.

It takes you out right near the 21st Century bar by the casino.

We use those stairs ALL the time. Most people don't notice them. If the bar at the pool gets too busy, you can sneak down and get a drink from the lower bar with no waiting. ;)
