Car Rental Near the Port in New York

Does anyone know where the closest Car Rental agency is to the New York Cruise port? And what Car rental agency it is. We might want to rent a car when we return from our cruise and want to know the closest one to the cruise ship terminal.

I did try the Port of Call and East Coast departure board and there is no informatin regarding car rental close to the cruise port in NYC.

So I was hoping that someone who has sailed recently on NCL might know the answer to my question.

You can use Budget Car Rental, which has a location with 4 blocks of the pier. I've rented a one way van twice from Budget, driven to the pier in NYC, dropped off the luggage and family at the pier, driven to the Budget location, and dropped off the van. It's just a short walk back to the pier from their location.

 

It was a very good experience.
