Carnival Valor- Cozumel

Hi, my family is trying to book an excursion on Cozumel and was wondering when the ship arrives in port. Online it says we are in Cozumel from 11:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. Is that Mexico time or U.S. time? We want to do an excursion that starts at 12:00. Thank You.

I believe it's ship time, but I'm not sure. I will call you TA or Carnival just to be sure.

We just returned from the Carnival Valor 1/16. We did the western caribbean and when in Cozumel the time was the same as US eastern time. Only had to change time when going down to Belize and Roatan. Then changed backed to florida time when going to Grand Cayman and Cozumel
