Is there an opportunity to do personal laundry on Celebrity Infinity?

Celebrity and sister company Royal Caribbean do not offer self-serve laundry.

 

They do have very reasonably priced laundry, dry clean and press-only service. If you're thinking about your personal items, bring along a small packet of detergent and wash them in the sink. There is a small clothes line in the shower. Just keep in mind that cotton and heavier fabrics can take forever to dry in the humidity, and there are no irons allowed.
