Yet ANOTHER Cigar question

Ok - I am a former smoker and I usually sail Royal Caribbean.

Royal doesn't let you smoke anything in the cabins anymore, but you can smoke cigars and cigarettes on your private balcony.

Carnival lets you smoke in the cabin still. I no longer smoke, but my fiancee smokes cigars. He'd never smoke one in the cabin, but - I can't get a clear answer from Carnival. He CAN smoke cigars on our private balcony can't he? We are in an aft balcony which limits exposure for adjoining cabins also.
