Jaymee287 Posted February 19, 2010 #1 Share Posted February 19, 2010 I printed off a copy of my luggage tag to mess with on cardstock paper so it's thicker. I plan on putting clear packing tape around it so it won't tear or, if it gets wet it's not a huge deal. But how do I put it on my bag? I'm not gonna carry a stapler with me, so is zip-ties the next best thing? What do ya'll experienced cruisers suggest?
LornaT Posted February 19, 2010 #2 Share Posted February 19, 2010 I have a small roll of the clear packing tape and I just wrap it around the handle of my bag and tape the ends together with that same tape. Holds so well I have to cut the darn things off
klmorg Posted February 19, 2010 #3 Share Posted February 19, 2010 I punch a hole in them and attach to luggage with zip ties. Easy peasy...
dolfndreams Posted February 19, 2010 #4 Share Posted February 19, 2010 I folded them as it showed then used clear packing tape to cover the paper so it didn't tear, poked a small hole at the top and attached it to the luggage with elastic band. Worked great and stayed put.

bean-si Posted February 19, 2010 #6 Share Posted February 19, 2010 I use the clear packing tape, over the boarding tickets themselves, ---to keep them from getting ripped---front and back-----and then put them through the handle of my luggage, and use more packing tape to attach the two halves together from the bottom
klfrodo Posted February 19, 2010 #7 Share Posted February 19, 2010 Plastic zip ties would be good. We also go to Walgreens and get either Scotch or 3M self adhesive laminate, punch a hole and then secure with clear plastic loopy thingys that we also get from Walgreens
Raven Days Posted February 19, 2010 #8 Share Posted February 19, 2010 I had them laminated at Kinko's then I had a hole punched in mine and then threaded a bright red and polka dot ribbon through the hole and tied it to the handle of my suit cases. They stayed on the entire trip and I still have them as as souviner.
