cruisincha Posted February 19, 2010 #1 Share Posted February 19, 2010 Is anyone familiar with this cabin? It is listed as "partially obstructed view" and I'm curious just how "obstructed" it is. Any info would be really appreciated. Thanks.
jodanuke Posted February 19, 2010 #2 Share Posted February 19, 2010 Sure there was a thread about this a few weeks ago if you search? If I remeber rightly some balcony cabins have a view across the lifeboats. In the thread I remember there was a photo of this I think. cb at sea Posted February 19, 2010 #3 Share Posted February 19, 2010 It's a ladder and window washing platform that hangs from the top of the balcony. It will in no way "obstruct" your view. Yes, you will see it, but it doesn't affect your ocean-watching one iota. After a few mins., you won't even notice it!
Sue L Posted February 19, 2010 #4 Share Posted February 19, 2010 I think this is what you are referring to
jodanuke Posted February 20, 2010 #5 Share Posted February 20, 2010 A better picture here from an earlier thread: http://cruiseforums.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=1097967&highlight=brilliance+the+seas If this does not work, go to the search and put in Brilliance of the Seas. On about page 4 is a thread called Brilliance of the Seas Obstructed Peter
