Balcony doors on Brilliance OTS - stay open?

Recommended Posts

I did a search on balcony doors, and found a thread regarding Freedom class and Oasis. It mentioned that the balcony doors stay open without a bungee cord - what about on Brilliance of the Seas? Should we pack a bungee cord if we want to keep the door open? TIA!

Unlike the balcony doors on Carnival ships, the RC ships have sliding doors. The door will stay open all by itself, unless you are in rough seas. (in which case, your balcony door should be firmly locked closed anyway). The mechanism which locks it shut can also be used to lock it in any position while open.
