How tall is the room safe?

[VACATION IS MY LIFE]

I am planning on order one or two bottles from Bon Voyage. Can someone tell be if the in-room safe on the Liberty is tall enough to fit a bottle or two upright? Just to be safe, we want to keep it locked away from our two boys.

About 5 inches tall Id guess. It could be as tall as 6 inches...

 

We have a little thingee we put my sisters meds in and put them in the safe and we only have a little space under it for cell phone, check book etc.

It is really small. Like a tiny microwave. Unless those bottles are the sample size, they won't fit in there lol!

You might have a "good" reason for those luggage locks! :p The safes won't be big enough, maybe someone can correct me because it's been a while but I thought the closets had some shelves very high up, maybe they will slide in there and be out of reach?? Good luck! :)

I just thought it would be a great place to put our bottles away in. I guess we will just have to bring a small lock with us and put our opened bottles in the suitcase and then lock it. I would just be too nervous about leaving the bottles not locked up somehow with our 17 yo son going in/out of our room.

OP sounds like the same issue in a suitecase, or at least mine, arent any taller than a safe if you want the bottle to stand upright.

I have never worried about my liquor on a cruise in the room... always safe, never disturbed.
