My PVPs keeps disappearing

Every time I get a PVP I like, I find out later that they are no longer with the company. I usually find out by an email coming back or there extension no longer working. This is my second one in less than a year, and I found that I could have good personal relationships with these people... and now I get to introduce myself to someone new. And the newest didn't seem to care in the least that I was calling to introduce myself... probably because he didn't get the commission for my sale. Trying not to sound too whiney, I am just frustrated with it all and I am not so sure I like the one I just got assigned.

If you don't like the one you have been assigned, ask for another one. My very first PVP left and when my new PVP called me, I questioned him thoroughly... lol. Thank god I didn't scare him off!! He's been the best!

Same thing happened to us. My DH had e-mailed with a question, and it came back. We got a little scared.:eek:

Then we tried to call, and the extension was no longer available.

She did call us back. Thank god!!!

She gave us the name of someone else, who has been helpful so far!!:rolleyes:

Seems a good PVP can be hard to find for some. I got lucky. My first PVP was great, she got promoted and recommended the current one I have. He is outstanding and very proactive.

I didn't care for my first PVP. He seemed to be no help at all and he never returned my calls.

 

I asked for another one and he is great. Had the same one for 2 years.

 

Just call and ask.

We met our current PVP on the beach in Majahual last year. My husband was wearing his Cruise Critic Junkie tshirt our roll call had put together. She walked up and said, "You're with that group!" and just grinned. Not only has she been a great PVP for cruise booking, she's been terrific with personal insight for port excursions.

How do you get a PVP? I always just call and book with whoever answers and no one has ever offered me their contact info to speak directly with them in the future.

Certainly you can say that you have a great PVP, however providing names, contact info or requesting or offering e-mail of same is not allowed. Hope that helps to clarify.
