What if i need to cancel 4th guest

I am currently booked on Independence of the seas for April 3, 2010 and have 4 guest in one room, i spoke with royal caribbean today and they said that if i cancel one of the guests up untill 8 days before our cruise i would get a full refund for said guest. There is nothing on there website stating anything about cancellation of 3rd or 4th guest. They are supposed to e-mail there policy but have not seen it yet, would anyone with experience let me know if this is true or not?
