Dawn Princess - Drink Cards

We're scheduled on Dawn in April and was wondering about the drink cards - when can you get them and where?

If you mean the "soda cards", or "coke cards", you can buy them at any bar on the ship...and the best time to buy them is your first visit to a bar. Your soft drinks will then be free for the remainder of the voyage.

Also there are stations set up in/near the Horizon Court the embarkation day selling soda cards. No alcoholic drink cards on Princess just specials as advertised in the "Patter".

They also sell them right outside the buffet line when you go for your first lunch. It was 27.50 for our ten day that we just got back from.

"soda" card was exactly what I meant! I'm new to this "cruising" stuff so end up with stupid questions.

We are also on the Dawn 4/09. Have you been posting on the roll call? We go in once in awhile. It's certainly a very busy thread. Will probably go back in more often as the time gets closer.

Can I just say, that as a former 1st cruiser on the Dawn (we just got off on the 19th Jan) that this was the best holiday we have ever taken.

 

You will have a fantastic time, the ship is a really nice size, not too big or overcrowded (and our cruise was sold out!)

 

The soda cards you can buy on every floor outside the elevators on embarkation day and you also get a free drink can. For the two of us, we only purchased one and it worked out really well.
