Best way to get to Marriott in Amsterdam from docks with luggage

What is the best way to get to the Marriott Hotel in Amsterdsam from where Avalon "Felicity" docks? Also what is the best way to get to the airport from the Marriott? The hotel doesn't provide shuttle service anymore.

From the airport you can take a cab (around E. 45.-),or the connexxionshuttle - http://www.schipholhotelshuttle.nl/site/home.asp

No use to take a train since you have to take onward transportation within the city.

From the terminal again cab will be best, not all terminals (you have 3 options where the ship will dock) will have a tramconnection to your hotel. With much luggage a tram isnot a nice option anyway.
