Catamaran stairs?

We will be in Barbados in Oct. and are trying to plan a snorkel trip...I have checked out several of the tours reccomended on CC but need to know if any of the Catamarans have the stairs that go down into the water? Several in our group would find it difficult if they had to climb back into the boat from a ladder on the side...

I went on one through Carnival and they did have stairs that lowered into the water. Very easy to get off into the water but not so easy getting back on the stairs. However they had 2 guys on the stairs and one in the water helping people navigate getting back onto the stairs out of the water. Hope this helps...we were in Cozumel snorkeling.

Tip... kneel on the stair 1st rather than trying to haul yourself up.
