Piano guy on Inspiration? Activities on shore?

I have been on two cruises with a friend and have finally talked my hubby into one. The other two had good piano guys. I have bragged about how much fun it was. I would hate to be dissapointed and for my hubby to think I was nuts. Also, we are going to Cozumel and Grand Caymens any good activities for two people who don't want to lie on the beach all day?

When we went on the Inspiration in Nov-the piano guy was Barry and he was a lot of fun--we really enjoyed him and kept wanting to get back to see him the other nights but never quite made it!
