Barrachina...... Frozen Mojito

Has any had a frozen Mojito at Barrachina's?

I almost never have any of the sugary, frozen drinks but waiter there convinced me to try one. It was outstanding.

 

If you've had one there, any idea what the 'pink' is for the lowest layer?
