Mt Time Dining Question

Recommended Posts

We are traveling on Freedom of the Seas March 14 with 6 adults and six children. Four of the adults, who booked early, have MTD. The other couple does not. ( RCCL said it was sold out) Is it likely or unlikely that they can be added to MTD once aboard the ship? We are thinking that on most evenings all kids will eat at WJ or alternative. Can I substitute the four children who already have MTD in order to allow the other two adults to join us? Lastly, if we all wanted to eat together a few times, is getting a 12 top to accommodate our entire party feasible? Thanks.

It certainly won't hurt to go to the dining room when you board, and check! MTD is so popular, that it seems it's getting hard to book...perhaps you could switch to THEIR dinner seating...the kids can still "do their own thing", and the adults can eat together....

I have done MTD 4 times on Freedom. The Hostess, June Rashay, is absolutely wonderful. Go to the MTD desk outside the dining room on deck 5 when you board. They should be able to get you all in....just explain the situation. Yes, they do have large table's for 12.

Enjoy your cruise......Freedom is our favorite ship!

A lot of it comes down to being nice and asking nicely!! We never had trouble getting a table for 13 of us on Enchantment so I think it would be less trouble on Freedom. Good luck and happy sailing!!

Just wanted to tell you to have a great cruise and to bring the ship back in good shape as we sail two weeks after you.

Let us know how MTD worked out for you as there are 6 of us and we all chose MTD.
