While checking for you, i noticed RCCL has a 4 day with a private island visit to Cococay, and Nassau. Looks like good pricing too. The ship is Monarch OTS. smaller ship but has rock climbing on board(no fee). Leaves out of Port Canaveral ( love that port) 45 mins or so from Orlando, Fl. So great for flights.'

CCl has a 4 or 5 day but Destiny out of Miami . Havent cruised on that ship but others can answers those questions possibly for you.

If you could state the kids ages and likes, that would help alot.

Cococay would be a great island as it is a RCCL owned island, so no pressure to do anything but have fun. Free lunch served by the ship while in port on the island, lots of activities, usually snorkeling, jet skis, and other activities at a fee.

For a 4 or 5-day cruise to the Caribbean with teens, your choice will be Carnival, Royal Caribbean or Norwegian. If you don't want to worry about packing for formal nights, then you should consider Norwegian.

Cozumel and Grand Cayman both provide great snorkeling opportunities. I heard that the Bahamas are also very good.

We've only done 7 day cruises to the Caribbean, but I can tell you that if you go Royal Caribbean line, there will be tons on the ship (Rock climbing, skating - both inline & ice, mini golfing, basketball, plus the pools, etc.) to do as well as in the ports. We've done both Easter & Western cruises. There's many fun things from swimming with the sting rays in the Cayman Islands to fabulous snorkeling in Cozumel, Mexico, Mayan ruins in Mexico as well. Beautiful beaches everywhere...climbing the water fall in Jamaica, submarine cruise in the Virgin Islands, you"ll find plenty of things to see & do all over the Caribbean. Enjoy your trip!! You will make great memories with your kids!

We were on the Freedom of the Seas last Sept. on the western carribean cruise. We snorkled only twice and wished we had done so in every port.

We went to Haiti, only really good beach is on the docking side. We went to Jamica and did not snorkle, did the falls and caves. We went to Grand Cayman and my brother and his kids snorkled on a shipwreck. They had a super time, their favorite excursion. We went to Cozumel and did the sea turtle snorkel in Carmine de Playa. That was really great, because it is on the reef and there were tons of fish and turtles. Hope this helps!
