8K on the Miracle

I have a very nice balcony on Empress. I now can upgrade to an 8K (larger balcony) on Verandah - still between two floors of cabins for quiet sake). There is no extra charge, but it is a higher floor. Will there be more motion and is the extra 20sf of balcony worth it?
