Local Info on last minute cruise deals

Seeking some info from locals in Honolulu ......

 

What if any last minute deals are currently on offer through NCL or local TA's with NCL for their Hawaii cruises?

 

Reason for the question we have cruised Hawaii previously (NCL Wind) and were astounded by the 'last minute' deals taken up by Hawaiian locals, they had us weeping considering what we paid to fly and cruise.

 

We realise that ships sailing Hawaii have been reduced to PoA and wondered whether such special deals were still available.

 

Our intention was to fly over, book a hotel for a week and hope to pick up a cruise during the second week. Is this able to be achieved with only 1 NCL ship currently sailing there? What sort of prices are 'locals' able to snatch up at the moment (we're looking at Dec or Jan which we believe is not the peak time over there).
