Fitness classes ,equipment on Zaandam

Curious as to what kind of fitness equipment is available, ie: free weights ,bosu ,bands ect and how much and how hard it is to get into the different fitness classes they offer .

Free -- treadmills, weights, stair master, some exercise bikes, ellipictical machine.

 

Classes -- on our last cruise the price went from $11 to $12 per person per class. I don't remember all the classes but there are spinning classes, pilates, yoga.

 

Check your daily program -- morning stretch classes have been free -- sometimes they are in the gym -- sometimes out by the pool.
