Fuerte Amador tender from Island Princess

This is our first Panama cruise and our first time on the Island Princess. We stop for the day at Fuerte Amador and a tender takes us ashore. I'm looking at an independant tour and it says it includes the transfer from Fuerte Amador. Does this mean independant tours operate their own tenders or do we pay Princess for their tender ashore? Thanks for any help. I have no idea what to expect and I haven't yet contacted the tour operator. Still looking at a few options for what to do for the day so if anyone has suggestions, please throw them out.
