20th Anniversary

Hello -

 

DH and I will be visiting St. Marteen for our 20th anniversary in November 2010 on the Oasis. We have NEVER been to the island. (the day in St. Marteen is our actual anniversary)

 

We are outdoorsy, horses, good food, beach, waterfall, adventurous types.....

 

What would you recommend for something ROMANTIC to do .... we are NOT into cruise ship tours..... however, we love hiring someone who knows the area ----

 

We need suggestions on WHAT TO DO , where TO GO and who to book through ....

 

Any suggestions would be MOST appreciated.

We were on St Maarten on 27 February. We had contacted Joyce Prince to take us around the island. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her island. She took us anywhere we wanted to go and we never felt rushed like she was on a set time schedule. She dropped us off in Marigot and came back to continue our island tour at a time we set.
