Splendor or Mariner OTS with a 4 year old?

I have been looking at both ships for October 2010. We sailed on the Splendor and had a great time last May (Swine flu cruise to Canada). My son LOVED Camp Carnival (said it was better than DCL!). Price difference is about $200.00 total (Carnival is cheaper). Has anyone sailed on both ships who can compare the two for me? I would love your input.
