Transferring reservation

This may seem a very stupid questionm,but need a quick and simple answer!! I have been in contact with a PVP from Silverseas regarding an upcoming cruise in Dec. I have always gone with another TA online who gives me great OBC and discounts as well. My question is-is a PVP a travel agent or can I book with a PVP and then switch to my online TA? I dont' want to make a fool of myself by booking with hm(PVP) and then requesting a transfer if he is a travel agent.

Can you understand this rambling question at all?! I told him I would get back to him today,so need an answer ASAP. Thank you to all who respond! Shelly:)

You can book with Silversea directly and then transfer the booking to another TA. No problem.
