I will be in Barbados next week. Does anyone know of the beast beaches to find seaglass? Thanks!

west coast beaches, as far as I'm concerned, are the best for Sea Glass, but having said that, I'm not sure it's as easy to find as once before. Good luck.

Just got back from Barbados with the biggest beach glass/sea glass find of my whole trip.

You can walk to the beach from the ship. It's Brandon's Beach, and you can walk to Malibu Beach Club (the beach behind the Malibu Rum Tour) also. It's a half hour walk through town a bit and to the beach.

Go North from the cruise harbor and stay close to the shore, you know you'll be going the right direction when you pass the Mount Gay Rum factory.

You can get a very detailed and FREE map of Barbados from the tourism center in the shopping mall at the cruise harbor.

 

Found about twenty pieces ranging in size from a dime to the largest about the size of a silver dollar. Mostly green and brown, found two clearish/blue pieces. The clear ones were hard to find.

Ooh I will get back to you on this. The beach we went to 2 years ago had SO much beach glass. My fiance was glaring at me because I must have loaded up on 5 lbs. of it. haha There was so much...I've never seen so much!!! :)

Sea Glass? Come on up to Cleveland. We find plenty of it on the Lake Erie beaches.

That's where I found my latest catch. From Brandon's beach (close to the ship) over to Malibu Beach.

Thinking of walking to Brandons Beach-would you literally follow coast, or go out onto street and "walk that direction?".
