Does anyone know if HAL usually provides shuttles from the port to the center of towns? Like in Lisbon, Barcelona etc?

Sometimes, but they're not free. We paid $6/p r.t. in Helsinki, $10/p in Stockholm. I don't think there was one available in Barcelona, and we've never been to Lisbon.
