Don;t book with Southwest Cruises

They are outsourced and are not serviced directly by SW. The phones are answered and the cruises booked by individuals who are booking cruises for agencies from all over (travelocity, orbitz, etc.) and when you need help it is non-exsistent. They aren't even sure who they are answering the phone for when they pick up!
