bartamus2002 Posted March 25, 2010 #1 Share Posted March 25, 2010 I called Carnival and the representative suggested no more than a 6 pack, is this true? I was planning to try a couple of cases in my luggage, anyone have luck with this much on Carnival? We are going on the Triumph April 3. Thanks in advance. cb at sea Posted March 25, 2010 #2 Share Posted March 25, 2010 That IS alot...how many are going? Put the cases in some sort of bag, with handles..it will get to you. Hopefully you have a large group that will be drinking several cases of soda...not good for you!

From the Carnival site: "Guests may bring a small quantity of non-alcoholic beverages." I have no idea what "a small quanity" means. Use your own best judgement. They used to say a "reasonable amount" but changed the wording a few months ago. In the past I have seen people bringing on cases of water and soda. Carnival has recently been cracking down on the amount of alcohol, soda and water that may be brought on board. Good Luck.
PennyAgain Posted March 25, 2010 #4 Share Posted March 25, 2010 Yes they are cracking down on how much non-alcohol stuff you can bring on board. They want to sell you more and cut down on the heavy baggage hauling. Not to mention breakage and leaks. No big coolers allowed on board.
TigerStar Posted March 25, 2010 #5 Share Posted March 25, 2010 Are there places in port where you can buy bottled water and drinks and bring them on board? Specifically GC, Coz, Belize, and Roatan.
