Crown & Anchor Membership Name Change

I am trying to find out what the process is to change my wife's name on her Crown & Anchor membership from her maiden name to her current name. Our last cruise (my 4th, her 1st) was our honeymoon. She sailed, and enrolled in C&A under her maiden name.

 

 

Also we have booked a cruise in Sept., and are talking about booking next year's cruise. Once I become platinum, will she inherit my status if she is sailing with me? or will I sail as platinum, and her gold?

I changed my name after my divorce. I called the C&A 800 number - explained the name change and they did it while I was on the phone. I needed my C&A number, my address, and they asked a few questions about my past cruises (to verify it was me??). I was not changing my address so maybe that helped. I had to call back to get my DD's C&A relined with mine (she lives with me 100%) and not her dad's.

 

As I understand it she should inherit your status if it is higher.
