I do not remember any laundry rooms onboard as cruises on the Virgo are still relatively short (longest lasting 7 nights and that is for the special cruise only. Routine cruises on the Strait Of Malacca are maximum 5 nights.)

If I am not wrong the only way to do your laundry is by room service but at q cost.

Anyway the cruises are short so no need to worry. Cruises on HAL can be anywhere from 7 nights to 3 months so self-serve laundry would be quite important, but not so much on the Star ships.
