Cape liberty Port: Valet Parking and Bags

Perhaps you can imagine this. Cape Liberty is at the end of a 2 mile peninsula. The road ends in a big circle. You stay in line around the circle (counterclockwise) and pull in to drop off luggage and people. Then you continue on making lefts so that you are headed back into the middle of the big circle, which is where the parking is. You pay to park ($19/day), park the car, and walk back to the terminal. Because you have circled back, the distance from your car to the terminal is no worse than being in an outer area of a big mall. There is no valet parking. You only carry the bags you want to carry.
