Athens from Piraeus

Ships tours and private tours cost 40 - 50 eruos each whereas the metro, although a 30 minute walk, only costs a few euros.

We do not arrive in port until noon and beacuse of the short time in port want to keep travel time to a minimum, unable to find any posts regarding picking up a taxi at the port to go into Athens and then returning by taxi later in the day - does anybody know the cost each way and the time the journey will take.
