local bar with pina colada in a coconut

I am turning 40 July 6th and will be in Grand Cayman for the first stop. I really love pina coladas served in a fresh coconut. Does anyone know of a local bar there that serves good ones??

The only drink I have seen served here in a coconut is coconut water. Occasionally there are vendors selling these drinks on the roadside near the waterfront.

 

You could buy one of these coconuts and later pour a piña colada into it?
