NCL Jewel spring break, not great

We just got of the boat. There were so many kids that our children wouldn't go into the club. My children enjoy organized activities like these but it really was chaos.

This is the reason we won't travel over spring break, holidays or summer. :( Sorry you had a bad experience.

 

I will keep pulling my kids out from school as long as possible. The cruise experience is so diminished during the overcrowded times.

This is our problem as well. DW is a teacher and DS just started school.

 

DW will under no circumstances pull the son out of school for a vacation.

In NYS, teachers are required to report families who do this in excess of two weeks for educational neglect.

 

It's tough to see the great pricing early December or mid May. We basically cruise February break, Easter week and late August. Late August is hot, but Fl kids are back in school already. In February, I believe the break is pretty much a northeast thing.
