Will be in docking in Nassau and Freeport in September. I've read several reviews on BCH and Blue Lagoon on Paradise Island. If this was the only chance to go to Nassau, and can only do one or the other...which do you suggest? Also, any suggestions for beaches, things to do, in Freeport?

BCH is nothing special. It's mainly for people who don't want to deal with the hassle of heading over to Paradise Island. I've been to Nassau 5 or 6 times and did BCH the last because we just wanted a little a beach time. It's not really experiencing Nassau if you just head there, in my opinion. It's a simple little beach and slow paced which is what we were looking for this time, but I wouldn't recommend it if you only get to Nassau once or twice. Hope that helps.
